Returns

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have the original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return and why. Once we receive the email we will contact you with the return address.

Once we have the returned item or items and we are happy that they meet our returns policy criteria above we will initiate a refund.

Please Note

A refund is typically processed immediately, but it can take 5 to 10 business days before you see the refund reflected on your bank statement or credit card.
