It has been a busy month here at Tackle3D. Not only have we been busy with filling the daily orders & replenishing stock we have also released 3 new products!

Rig Station Accessories
This range is something that we have had in our minds for a while now. When I bought my rig station it quickly became clear that a few things needed to be changed or improved upon.
The first idea was to fill the gap underneath the spool holders. The line from the spool’s was forever getting wrapped underneath as well as small items dropping inside. The only way to get these items back was to remove the spool. The Gap Filler Block sorted these issues out right away. 
The Stotz & Loop Tyer was also necessary for me, I like the main things that I use to have a place, so I know where they are when I need them. That must be my Army training sticking with me! Also, the small area to tip Stotz onto just made sense as I kept losing them when I placed them on the foam padding that is meant for your floats.

Pellet Groove Cutters
So, the Pellet Groove Cutter. I have had this on our to do list for about 4 months and I just never managed to find the time to get this designed. So, eventually I handed the design over to a friend of mine and owner of MOSAIC3D to bring this idea into reality. The result is better than I could have hoped for with fantastic ideas put into place with great attention to detail. 
The main idea with this tool was to help people with sore/stiff hands to cut a small groove into each side of the pellet. This is done to help the band get a better hold of the pellet which in turn will give you more time before the pellet comes off. This is especially helpful when using the Pellet Waggler or when slapping up in the water.

What’s Next….
We are hoping to expand on our range of Rig Station Accessories and to add more tray options across all brands, however, we also need to spend some time on adjusting to the demand we are seeing for our current product line up. We will be adjusting our workflows for printing as well as packaging and posting which will help us as a company to save valuable time that can be used elsewhere such as product design. So, the next month may not see much in the way of new products, but rest assured we are hard at work in the background planning for the future with lots of new ideas.
