All the cones are made from a flexible material so just gently insert one side of the bung and then work the rest in as shown in the images. If any of the cones are being a little stubborn, boil the kettle and pour some water in a glass. Then, place the bung in the water for 30-60 seconds and it will soften up.

If any cones are to loosen a little in the cold of winter I would recommend a couple of SMALL spots of glue to keep them in place. This can happen (not always) as the cold can shrink them ever so slightly, however, in the warmer weather they will regain the fit.
